Description

Specific Responsibilities

  • Serve as Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Administrator
    • Design and update data collection tools
    • Create custom reports using ETO Web Intelligence software
    • Provide statewide support to all Georgia CCR&R agencies
    • Troubleshoot abnormalities in ETO and liaise with SSG Support (ETO Helpdesk) for resolutions
    • Create and maintain staff user accounts
  • Support the agency through queries, and maintain reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs
  • Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management on departmental reporting needs
  • Develop and create data layout like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps and process flow diagrams. Create spreadsheets and relevant reports
  • Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks. Proactively identifies data quality trends and root cause analysis
  • Use computer software to collect, compile, and review data. Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations that support agency goals
  • Create manuals, trainings, screen casts and other materials to support users
  • Analyze user data needs and determine needs resolved through automated repeatable processes
  • Provides recommendations and solutions to management (process/system improvement, gaps in controls, technology solutions, etc.)


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data quality and databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
  • Experience with query/reporting technology like SQL
  • Exceptional analytical, oral, and written communication skills. Enjoys research and problem solving
  • Attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
  • Ability to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities. Self-directed with the ability to work independently

 Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Efforts to Outcome Software, Social Solutions
  • 2 years’ experience with data management
  • Experience with internet technology, and web development
  • Experience with Tableau
